Policy Statement

The purpose of lighting the tower on Baker Library is to complement the appearance of this iconic campus building. The tower's green beacon is lit for the specific institutional events listed below. The tower, or its green beacon, may also be lit – under exceptional circumstances – at the discretion of the Dartmouth president.
